Visita a las cavas Mont-Ferrant, las mas antiguas de Cataluña y que son a la población Gerundense de Blanes.
En una de las contadas jornadas de puertas abiertas que hacen a lo largo del año, hemos podido conocer su historia, visitar la cava, asistir a un "taller de aromas" y posteriormente a una "cata".
En las imágenes se puede ver, como uno de los rincones de la cava, cerca de 250.000 botellas duermen hace cuatro años, para convertirse en el Brut Reserva de Mont-Ferrat.
Ha sido una mañana que a pesar de la lluvia, hemos podido aprovechar, viviendo por un rato bajo tierra.
